Frank Perri is the Director of Dermal Therapies programs at Victoria University. He has been lecturing the dermal therapies program since its inception in 1999. He has lectured in a wide variety of areas including research methodology, anatomy and physiology and psychology.

Since taking over the area is greatly expanded the profile and course structure of dermal therapies. He was also instrumental in the formulation of the Australia Society of Dermal Clinicians and currently is a committee representative of the University for that society.

He has a bachelor's qualification in science and a postgraduate qualification in health psychology, is currently completing his Ph.D. in the field of cosmetic enhancement and psychological support. He is a fully registered psychologist and is also in practice. He is also part way through a diploma of beauty therapy. He is presented at various expos and medical conferences in the fields of education and psychology within the industry.
