Jennifer has been in the beauty therapy industry for 30 years and has worked in a variety of roles over the years, from salon work to salon management as well as owning her own salon for 15 years.

In 1984….for 2 years Jennifer also worked for the Harley Medical Centre in Sydney as the resident Beauty Therapist performing pre and post operative treatments, lymphatic drainage massage &  post lipo suction procedures

.Also in this role Jennifer conducted seminars for beauty therapists on the Role that beauty Therapists can play in cosmetic surgery clinics. Teaching and knowledge sharing has always been a passion for Jennifer and she has been the principal of 2 major beauty therapy colleges.For 3 years she managed beauty colleges throughout Taiwan , Hong Kong and southern China.

Jennifer has been the College Principal  for the past 6 years with the Ella Bache College in Sydney, a proud APAA educational sponsor college of the APAA. .Jennifer believes in life long learning and sharing of knowledge with fellow therapists and her students.

She is looking forward to working even more closely with the APAA Board and to sharing her experiences with all of the APAA members throughout Australasia.
