Updates on Wage Awards
The members can call up the office during office hours or email us with their queries to obtain the latest news on wages for their staff or to assist them in defining the various pay rates for their staff.
The APAA Office is able to advice on correct Health Regulations on services conducted by Beauty Salon in Australia or refer the members to the various STATE health bodies on this type of information eg Skin Penetration Guidelines differ in each state.
NSW has a FREE Booklet that is obtained by anyone who needs to know the Health regulations there.

This is a free service we give to our members and they can be given by the DIRECTORS of the APAA if a member wishes to acquire information on their business etc. A common call would be to ask for my opinion on the best practice of payments for staff...jow to retain them...what bonuses they should give etc…staff uniforms…who pays for their cleaning….staff training...who pays for their training etc.
